North Charleston Sewer District responds to sewer overflow on JBC

Workers from Eadies Construction Inc. unroll a hose Feb. 22 to pump sewage from the field near the youth center here after a sewer line broke Feb. 21. While the line is on base, it is still maintained by the North Charleston Sewer District. Multiple construction companies were contracted out by the NCSD to assist in cleaning up the field and to ensure the proper precautions are put in place to maintain a sanitation standard.
