Your first stop upon arriving on Joint Base Charleston will be The Inns of Charleston, Building 362, which is the 24-hr arrival point for AF personnel. Once you have checked in, they will assist you in contacting your sponsor or the Commander’s Support Staff for your unit. For additional relocation services, contact the Military & Family Readiness Center in Building 500 at (843) 963-4406 or DSN 673-4406.

Please contact your command for specific reporting instructions. If you need to contact an Ombudsman, call the Fleet & Family Support Center at 843-794-7480.
