The goal of the M&FRC is to provide targeted and timely Military and Family Support contributing to mission readiness and success of the Total Force. Joint Base Charleston has two convenient locations, with centers on both the AB & WS, serving the JB Charleston community. Provides Non-Medical Counseling: face-to-face counseling, online counseling, telephonic couseling, video couseling; Specialty Consultations: Adoption, Education, Elder Care, Health and Wellness Coaching, Spouse Relocation and Transition; and Other Services and Counseling: Document Translation, Financial Counseling, etc. Intended for: Active Duty members, Reserve, Guard, eligible family members, recently separated service members, and survivors.

The Air Force’s Employee Assistance Program for Air Force civilian personnel, or "EAP" provides free, confidential services to help you and your household members manage everyday challenges and work on more complex issues. All Air Force civilian personnel—including non-appropriated funds, or NAF, employees; Guard and Reserve; and family members may use the program at no charge to the individual or family member.
