The goal of the M&FRC is to provide targeted and timely Military and Family Support contributing to mission readiness and success of the Total Force.  Joint Base Charleston has two convenient locations, with centers on both the AB & WS, serving the JB Charleston community. The Air Force’s Employee Assistance Program for Air Force civilian personnel, or "EAP" provides free, confidential services to help you and your household members manage everyday challenges and work on more complex issues.
