The Air Force’s Employee Assistance Program for Air Force civilian personnel, or "EAP" provides free, confidential services to help you and your household members manage everyday challenges and work on more complex issues. All Air Force civilian personnel—including non-appropriated funds, or NAF, employees; Guard and Reserve; and family members may use the program at no charge to the individual or family member.

CHPS enhances readiness, productivity, employee health and engagement of the civilian workforce to minimize personal risk of preventable injury, illness, or suicide. CHPS provides free resources to help the DoD civilian workforce maintain and improve their health and wellbeing. CHPS offers a wellness website portal, wide variety of health education classes, multiple wellness screenings (cholesterol and blood sugar, blood pressure, and body composition), wellness challenges and health awareness campaigns.

The ADAPT Program is designed to identify risk factors and help individuals avoid hazardous substance use before it causes significant damage to their health and career. Individuals can self-refer. ADAPT promotes readiness, health, and wellness through the prevention and treatment of substance misuse and abuse, to minimize the negative consequences of substance misuse and abuse to the individual, family, and organization.
