We provide a range of services to address behavioral and mental health concerns. We offer individual counseling, medication management, psychoeducational groups, and psychological testing and neuropsychological assessment, helping individuals, partners, and families with issues related to individual (e.g., stress, anxiety, feeling down, substance abuse) and family concerns (e.g., not feeling connected, stress, separation, violence).

The IRO is home to the installation prevention workforce, including the Suicide Prevention Program Manager, DAF Resilience Program Manager, True North Program Manager, Community Action Team Chair, and Community Action Board Executive Director. The goal of the prevention workforce is to reduce risk factors shared across multiple forms of violence and increase efficiency in the installation prevention system.
