Force management team clarifies JB CHS questions

U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Bradley Pray briefs members of Joint Base Charleston regarding the Force Management Program at the base theater here during his recent visit April 8, 2010. The FMP is designed to reduce the size and shape of the Air Force to meet current and future mission requirements. Currently, the Air Force has more Airmen than congressionally authorized due to some of the highest retention rates in 15 years.
