Blue Angels air show a success

U.S. Navy Blue Angels put on a crowd pleasing performance over the Charleston Harbor in Charleston, S.C., during an air show April 17, 2010, during Charleston Navy Week. The show included formation flying and stunts performed by the highly trained pilots. Performing their first demonstration in 1946, the Blue Angels are the oldest flying aerobatic team. Former 437 AW commander remembered

Brig. Gen. Thomas R. Mikolajcik, former commander of the 437th Airlift Wing, passed away April 17, 2010, at home in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., at the age of 63 after battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease. Air Force Aid helps family provide ‘Hope for Max’

Capt. Aaron High, his wife Traci and son Max join for a photo outside their home on his third birthday. At 10 months old, Max was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy.
