Colonel Kaighen was at the NWS to do his "Welcome Aboard Skipper" tour to meet sailors, promote team integration as well as familiarize himself with their facilities and responsibilities. Colonel Kaighen is the commander for the 628 LRS and Lieutenant Robinson is the Port Operations Officer and soon to be 3rd in command at LRS.
