Training for the Ironman

U.S. Air Force Capt. Jamie Turner rides her bike in preparation for the Ironman World Championship while at Wando, S.C., Sept. 5, 2010. During a peak training week Captain Turner bikes 12 hours, a total distance of 220 miles. She has been preparing for the Ironman for the last six months.
