JB Charleston gymnasiums change hours of operations

Sailors at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command on Joint Base Charleston, S.C. retrieved a Time Capsule, Sept. 22, 2014, and displayed the contents during a ceremony in honor of the opening of the Bowman Center Multi-Purpose Room on the NNPTC Campus.
