Charleston AFB goes to HURCON 4
September 2, 2008 — Charleston AFB was put on Hurricane Condition 4 at 10:40 a.m. by the 437th Airlift Wing commander here due to conditions caused by Tropical Storm Hanna. 15th Airlift Squadron readies for deployment
