Mandatory Installation Commanders Call: April 30 at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Base Theater. The event is mandatory for military and highly encourage for civilian personnel. Comedian Bernie McGrenahan will be performing his "Happy Hour" comedy show. This tour has military members rolling in the aisles with laughter.  Now, Bernie is doing even more.  He is also changing the way military members look at partying, by sharing his amazing life story. A former ?A? student/athlete and high-risk drinker, who lost it all, beat the odds, and climbed his way back to the top. Bernie shares all his ?inside tips? to when a party, stops being a party.  A stand-up comedy show first, followed by a powerful and inspirational message on how to achieve all your goals in life.

Joint Base Charleston’s youngest volunteer, family honored for service

Former 437 AW commander remembered

Brig. Gen. Thomas R. Mikolajcik, former commander of the 437th Airlift Wing, passed away April 17, 2010, at home in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., at the age of 63 after battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease. Air Force Aid helps family provide ‘Hope for Max’
