Master chief petty officers from Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station cut a ceremonial cake with the newest, and youngest chief petty officer in attendance at the 2011 Khaki Ball, Chief Petty Officer Elizabeth Workman, who pinned on her anchors Sept. 16.
