Sexual assault awareness month proclamation signing

Sailors and Marines with the Navy Munitions Command Unit Charleston offload cargo from the USNS Lewis and Clark (T-AKE-1) March, 25, 2015, at Naval Weapons Station Wharf Alpha, Charleston, S.C. The Lewis and Clark is a replenishment naval vessel. In 2012, USNS Lewis and Clark became one of 14 ships that comprise the United States Marine Corps Maritime Prepositioning Program. Prepositioning ships provide quick and efficient movement of military equipment/supplies between operating areas without reliance on other nations' transportation networks. These ships give U.S. regional combatant commanders the assurance that they will have what they need to quickly respond in a crisis - anywhere, anytime.
