615th Air Mobility Group personnel unload equipment from a U.S. Air Force C-5 Galaxy at an operating base in Southwest Asia Feb. 11, 1998 in support of Operation SOUTHERN WATCH, which established and enforced a no-fly zone over Iraq. U.S. Air Force personnel from the 715th and 815th Air Mobility Squadron operated as a Tanker Airlift Control Element (TALCE), controlling all U.S. airlift traffic in and out of their deployed location.
