NAVCONBRIG Charleston: Bearing the standard for correctional excellence for 25 years

To date, 8,234 prisoners have been incarcerated at the NCBC, receiving rehabilitative treatment in order to return to honorable service as possible or, barring that, returnto civilian life as productive citizens.
