Joelle Parlor secures the needle in 2nd Lt. Lyndon Bartlett's arm to take blood at the Fitness and Sports Center here Dec. 8. The American Red Cross Charleston Service Center comes to the base every 56 days to give members of Team Charleston a chance to donate blood.
