A little 'Fusion' makes fitness fun
Robyn Sarcomo instructs Core Fusion class members on the correct way to perform an exercise at the Fitness and Sports Center here Jan. 4. The Core Fusion class focuses on torso stability and strength combined with challenging balance, endurance and flexibility moves utilizing traditional Pilates mat work, stability balls, dumbbells, weighted bar, bands and the individual students' own body weight.
