Volunteers unveil new headquarters foyer at ribbon cutting

Airmen and civilians gather for a picture during the ribbon cutting ceremony for the completion of the Air Base headquarters foyer renovation project Oct. 18, 2010, on Joint Base Charleston-Air Base, S.C. Fifteen volunteers spent hundreds of man hours constructing a replica of the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge to lay over a 12-foot by eight-foot photo that had been mounted on the wall. To finish the project, 1st Lt. Kipp Williams ordered a scale model of a C-17 Globemaster III to be hung in front of the bridge making it a three-dimensional display.
