Fireman Ethan Rooney undergoes a routine eye exam from Certified Opthalmic Technician Johnny Knight Sr. Jan. 17 at Naval Health Clinic Charleston. The device used is a Phoropter, which measures the refractive error to determine an individual's spectacle prescription.
