Kenneth Decedue Jr., secure the Detachment 3, Air Force Security Forces Center command guidon during an inactivation ceremony at the Naval Consolidated Brig Charleston on Joint Base Charleston – Weapons Station, May 3. Detachment 3 will scale down in size from 24 to seven assigned Airmen who will continue the Air Force corrections mission and integrate with NCBC.
