Joint Base Charleston leadership cut the ribbon during the opening of new Joint Base Charleston Runway Aug. 7, 2013, at JB Charleston – Air Base, S.C. (From left to right) Lt. Col. Richard McComb, Joint Base Charleston commander, Andrew Savage, Charleston County Aviation Authority chairman, Doug Marquart, DWG & Associates, Col.
