Candlelight Vigil honors victims of domestic violence
October 23, 2014 — The Candlelight Vigil was held in remembrance of the victims of domestic violence in South Carolina. The event was a demonstration of the military community effectively building relationships within the local community to promote awareness and combat domestic violence.
