NAVCON Brig Charleston has two dogs available for adoption
May 6, 2015
Kenan is a small black lab mix. He is approximately a year and-a-half old and has been in the program since November. He has completed his basic obedience training and is working on his intermediate. Kenan is unable to complete the service dog-training program due to his energy and dominant attitude. He would be best suited for a family or someone who is very active. Kenan is trained in more than 30 commands and is crate trained. Because of his excessive energy and more dominant play with the other dogs it is recommended he go to a home without any other animals, or another dog that could handle his energy/excitement. Kenan needs someone who will be a strong leader and show him the ropes. If you like to be active, go for runs, or have a large family Kenan would be great for you!
