Mr. Ray Forcier is the Executive Director, 628th Air Base Wing, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. As the Executive Director, he is responsible for the management/oversight for the 628th Air Base Wing Commander's staff of 16 offices and 135 personnel. These staff functions include Safety, Business Office, Protocol, Plans & Programs, Equal Employment Opportunity and the Commander's Support Staff.
Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Forcier was the Deputy Chief, Personnel Division, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott AFB, Illinois, where he led a team of Personnel Specialists responsible for Military and Civilian development and support actions.
Mr. Forcier is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and earned a Master of Education degree in Global Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois. He retired from Air Force active duty in 2009 after 20 years of service.
