SSC Atlantic names 2018 Employees of the Year
December 22, 2018 — Nine civilian employees from SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic were recognized with Employee of the Year honors and two Sailors as Service Members of the Year during a Dec. 14 ceremony at the center’s Charleston campus. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic Executive Director Chris Miller discusses lessons learned in a wrap up of SSC Atlantic’s Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leadership Summit held March 21 and 22. Miller said it is more imperative than ever that IPTs execute projects quickly, and that the entire SSC Atlantic team supports IPT efforts. The summit focused on “Speed to the Fleet”. SSC Atlantic develops, acquires and provides life cycle support for command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems, information technology and space capabilities.
