February 22, 2019 — Maj. Gen. Sam C. Barrett, 18th Air Force commander, paid a visit to Joint Base Charleston leadership and Airmen Feb. 11-14, 2019, as part of an effort to learn more about the daily mission of JBC and its support to the 18th Air Force.
