New leadership for Charleston Civil Air Patrol

Civil Air Patrol's Coastal Charleston Squadron conducted a change of command ceremony, August 15, 2017, at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. Capt. Jim Greco assumed command from Capt. Steve Hyland. As part of the ceremony, Capt. Hyland was later promoted to Major.
