CHARLESTON AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. –
The Airman Leadership School Class 09-G graduated Oct. 22 at the Charleston Club here in a formal ceremony honoring Team Charleston's newest junior leaders as they reached a milestone in their enlisted careers.
Joining the graduates at the event was guest speaker Col. Benjamin Wham, 437th Mission Support Group commander.
Senior Airman Gabriel Wright from the 437th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron was presented the John L. Levitow Award as the top-performing student during the course.
The Distinguished Graduate named was Senior Airman Joshua Whitacre from the 16th Airlift Squadron. He was also recognized with the Academic Achievement Award.
Senior Airman Travis Meeks from the 437th Aerial Port Squadron was presented the Leadership Award.
The appointed class commander was Staff Sgt. Joseph Burton from the 437th Security Forces Squadron.
