JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Nuclear Electronics Technician 3rd Class Austin Hronek, Navy Nuclear Power Training Command student, bottom, demonstrates Judo and Ju-Jitsu martial arts during the Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month Cultural Showcase on May 7, 2019, at the Air Base Chapel. AAPIHM recognizes the achievements and contributions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders towards the United States of America. The Judo and Ju-jitsu martial arts are taught on base for free by Ronald Allan Charles, Judo and Ju-Jitsu black belt instructor.
