JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - An all-female air crews take a moment for a photo before takeoff March 31, 2019, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The crew was one of several all-female C-17 Globemaster III air crews participating in an incentive flight celebrating the end of Women's History Month. JBC held other events around base to recognize Women's History Month, including a luncheon at the base chapel, an all-female flight retreat ceremony and a career day for female high school students.
