JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Colonel Terrence Adams, 628th Air Base Wing and Joint Base Charleston commander, gives closing remarks during The Dive grand reopening ribbon cutting ceremony March 1, 2019, on the Naval Weapons Station. The Dive shut down in April 2018 for renovations and upgrades. The new and improved facility offers more space and services, food and beverage options and a stage for local bands to perform.
