Airmen of the 8th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (EAMS) and 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron (ECES), work together using an alternative safe method to remove and replace a pitch trim actuator from the tail of a C-17 Globemaster III Dec. 16, 2018, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This is the first time a maintenance procedure like this has been done in U.S. Air Forces Central Command’s area of responsibility.
