Sparky the Fire Dog high-fives kids Oct. 23, 2018 at the youth center at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. Sparky, along with the children, made a pledge to be drug-free in honor of Red Ribbon Week. As a part of the base’s efforts to take care of service members and their families, drug demand reduction program held several events to educate military youth.

JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Sparky the Fire Dog high-fives kids, Oct. 23, 2018 at the youth center at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. Sparky, along with the children, made a pledge to be drug-free in honor of Red Ribbon Week.
