Kids from Joint Base Charleston give a drug-free pledge Oct. 23, 2018 at the youth center at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. October 23rd kicked off Red Ribbon Week, which is a week-long drug prevention and awareness program. As a part of the base’s efforts to take care of service members and their families, drug demand reduction program held several events to educate military youth.

JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Kids from Joint Base Charleston give a drug-free pledge, Oct. 23, 2018 at the youth center at Joint Base Charleston, S.C.
