JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - A Naval ceremonial cap on display at a chief pinning ceremony at the All Saints Chapel on the Joint Base Charleston Naval Weapons Station Sept. 21, 2018. The cap is donned during the ceremony signifying the service member’s advancement to the senior enlisted tier. The ceremony is the culmination to a six-week long mentorship program.
