JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Tech. Sgt. William Anderson, Development and Training Flight Program Manager for the 315th Airlift Wing at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, observes Air Force Reserve trainees as they perform physical training exercises in prepartion for shipping off to Basic Military Training in the early morning hours during the Unit Training Assembly here Sept. 8, 2018.
