Winter Storm hits Joint Base Charleston

JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C - The replica C-17 Globemaster III display in front of the base headquarters building is draped in snow and adorned with ice sickles after Joint Base Charleston received over 5 inches of snow and ice in early hours of Jan. 3 bringing the base to a standstill after winter storm Grayson blasted the Charleston area.
