JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Sgt. Teela Antwine, Berkeley County Sherriff’s Office, sergeant of investigations, writes notes during a clandestine grave and human remains recovery training at Joint Base Charleston, S.C., Nov. 14, 2017. The training was provided by members of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service and designed to enhance investigators skills when discovering and assessing a crime scene involving human remains. The training was open to base, local law enforcement and local county coroner offices.
