JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA - Kaitlynn Funches, 10, a fourth-grade student (right) at Marrington Elementary (MNE) School, located at Joint Base Charleston – Weapons Station, explains her science fair project to Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Francis Edquid, left, a radiologic technologist serving at Naval Health Clinic Charleston. Edquid was one of the judges during the Marington Elementary School Science Fair Feb. 21. Funches earned an Honorable Mention for her project, "How to Make a Lava Lamp."
