The Joint Base Charleston leadership spouses visited the Air Base Child Development Center director on JB Charleston – NWS, S.C., on Nov. 20, 2015 and Alexandria Goodwine, CDC director, describes how the CDC functions to help JB Charleston members’ children to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
