Master Sgt. Michael Seaton, 14th Airlift Squadron loadmaster superintendent, mentors another loadmaster from the 14th AS inside a C-17 Globemaster III Sept. 29, 2015, on the flightline at Joint Base Charleston – Air Base, S.C. Each year the Airlift/Tanker Association recognizes individuals who have demonstrated superior leadership, made outstanding contributions to the airlift/tanker mission and provided invaluable service to their civilian communities.
