Colonel Robert Lyman, Joint Base Charleston commander, held his first commander's call with the personnel at Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, S.C., Aug. 7, 2015 where he discussed his command philosophy and future goals for JB Charleston. There were two additional commander's calls held that same day at Joint Base Charleston - Air Base. Lyman took command of the joint base on July 14, 2015. (U.S. Air Force photo/Seamus O'Boyle)
