Barbra Lang, Airman & Family Readiness Center community readiness consultant, hands Military Saves brochure information to Nicole Gibbs, military spouse, Feb. 27, 2015 at the Joint Base Charleston – Air Base, S.C. Military Saves, a component of America Saves and a partner with the Department of Defense Financial Readiness Campaign, is a research based social marketing campaign intended to motivate, support and encourage military families to save money and build wealth. The chairman of the joint chiefs of staff asked each service member to support Military Saves Week, designated from Feb. 23 through 28.
