A groundbreaking ceremony for military construction projects P100/P099 was held Feb. 6, 2015 at Nuclear Power Training Unit Charleston at Joint Base Charleston – Weapons Station, S.C. Smyder, NPTU technical director and B.E. Stewart, Caddell Construction Co., Inc., president and CEO.  The NPTU building currently serves more than 1,400 students a year, and is expected to double to more than 3,000 students by 2020.
