A runner in a body suit costume approaches the finish line during the commander’s challenge 5k run Oct. 3, 2014, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The runners were welcome to dress in costume to get into the Halloween spirit. The fastest male runner was Capt. Christopher Love, 628th Air Base Wing public affairs officer, with a time of 18:22.
