Amanda Hullinger, wife of Tech. Sgt. John Hullinger, 437th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, was recently named the 2013 Family Child Care Provider of the Year for Joint Base Charleston. Presenting Hullinger with her award is Lt. Col. Michael Moyles, 628th Mission Support Group deputy commander. A certified provider for more than two years, Hullinger currently cares for several children ages 7 months through early school age at her private residence through the Air Force Family Child Care Program.
