Joint Base Charleston Honorary Commanders complete their tour March 13, 2014, on JB Charleston-Air Base, S.C. The Joint Base Charleston Honorary Commanders Program encourages an exchange of ideas, experiences and friendship between key members of the local civilian community and the Charleston military community.
