DJ VanMaanen swims the 450 meter portion of the triathlon on Charleston AFB Aug. 23. Besides swimming DJ also biked 14,500 meters and ran 5,000 meters.The fitness center held the fifth annual triathlon to test people's fitness and allow a healthy extracurricular activity.
