Staff Sgt. John Green marshals in Maj. Gen. Erwin F. "Erv" Lessel III as he taxis in the newest C-17 addition to Charleston AFB April 17. This is the seventh out of ten new C-17s Charleston AFB will receive. General Lessel is the Director of Plans, Programs, Requirements and Assessments, and the Director of the San Antonio Joint Program Office, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Randolph AFB, Texas.
